Media Sync is a tool to keep
video and audio synchronized in
your project. If you have video
with multiple audio tracks, or
multi-camera video, it can often
be difficult to keep them in
sync as you make changes and
edits. With Media Sync, you
identify a master track, and one
or more slave tracks that will
be synced to the master. You can
make edits to the master track,
then re-run the Media Sync tool
to resync the slave tracks to
the master.
Media
Sync can also sync media with
timecodes that are not in sync
already. For example, if you
have a two camera project and
the timecodes are different for
the two cameras, you can
manually align an event from one
camera with the other on the
timeline, then click the Sync
Events button. The script will
set a custom timecode on the
slave event, so that from now
on, the camera can be
automatically synced.
Features
- Sync multiple tracks to a single
master track
- Quickly re-sync when events get
moved
